Wali is a band from Chester, South Tangerang. This band was formed in 1999. Members amounted to 5 people are Faank (vocals), Apoy (guitar), Tom (drums), Ovie (keyboardist), and Nunu (bass). All band members are graduates of boarding schools and some of the alumni of Sharif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta. Tell The first album was released in 2008.
The band is generally the local air-pop genre with a touch of creative total Malay rhythms in their songs. Hit songs in this album is a little brother and I are using Shireen Egokah Spears video clip as a model. Dik songs that are the mainstay to incorporate elements of pop love it, there had to be RBT (ring back tone) for one million mobile phone owners to mid-May 2008.
